Modern Architectural Statement
We are proud to work with some of the most talented designers in Canada, including Michael London and Gluckstein Design, whose innovative designs have influenced our vision for SoHo Italia. The architecture of the SoHo Italia building is inspired by modernist pioneer architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, one of the most influential architects of the 20th century. We are also inspired by the rich tradition of fine Italian luxury design and have incorporated these elements into the design of SoHo Italia. From the sleek, modern lines to the elegant finishes and fixtures, every aspect of our building exudes the elegance and sophistication that are hallmarks of Italian style.
Hotel-inspired Lobby
Beautifully designed by Canadian icons Gluckstein and London Design
A grand two-storey lobby features imported dark marquina floors, slabs of white calacatta oro walls and upholstered panels. The SoHo Italia lobby features floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the lobby in natural light. Custom designed 14-feet high metal and glass screens complete the luxurious design. The two-storey entrance foyer features a wall mounted 42-inch state-of-the-art video intercom system, provides controlled access to ensure all residents' safety. Use your phone as your key for access to the building and your suite. The entrance foyer provides access to the lobby and to Snaile smart parcel lockers designed for parcel delivery without compromising the security of the building.
