SoHo Italia has a full-time dedicated maintenance team available to assist with any maintenance requests.
SoHo Italia has 24-hour monitored security. There is state-of-the-art video intercom system and controlled keycard access allowing only residents access to the building. In addition, elevator access to floors is restricted to residents only.
SoHo Italia is only one LRT stop away from Carleton University, just on the south side of Dow's Lake.
Yes, annually residents will receive an interest payment at a rate equal to the guideline increase or as outlined by applicable legislation.
